Apple and Cranberry Stuffing for Pork

- 1 tablespoon butter
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- ¼ cup chopped celery
- ½ cup boiling water
- 1 cup store bought stuffing mix
- 1 cup chopped apple
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- salt and pepper to taste
- In a skillet, melt butter and saute the onion and celery until soft.
- Place stuffing mix in a mixing bowl and add the onion and celery and water and mix to combine.
- Mix in the apple, walnuts and cranberries and the stuffing is ready to use.
