These cookies take about 5 minutes to make and then they’re ready to eat – better if you wait for 15 minutes but waiting is not required if you have a spoon.

Ingredients
2 cups granulated white sugar
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
½ cup butter (1 stick)
½ cup milk (any kind, even evaporated)
½ cup creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
½ cup shredded coconut
Instructions
Combine sugar, cocoa, butter and milk in saucepan, bring to a boil.
Add vanilla extract.
While mixture is heating, add remaining ingredients to a large bowl and lightly mix.
Remove from heat and pour over the peanut butter, coconut and oats. Stir well
Drop by spoonsful onto baking paper
You can speed things up by placing cookies in the fridge for 10 minutes.
