Raspberry Tea

- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 tbs sugar (or to your taste)
- 6 tea bags
- 1 pitcher/jug of boiling water
- Place raspberries in a small saucepan with the sugar and 2 tablespoons of water and cook until the raspberries seem to fall apart.
- Press through a sieve to remove all the seeds
- Make the tea by pouring boiling water over the tea bags and steep for 7 minutes - No longer.
- Add raspberry puree and stir well. It will be a bit cloudy but it's so good it's worth a stir every now and again.
